I honestly haven't run into any problems with it. It's very simple to use.

One thing that really works well with this system is having control over my own schedule. If I need to request a day off, it gets automatically approved or declined which saves time and avoids the back and forth. I can also adjust my break and lunch times, request shift swaps and keep much better track of my adherence.
