“flexible dialer with strong support”
Pros
Built on Asterisk, this call center and IP PBX software is both flexible and highly scalable. It comes with solid built in reporting and analytics plus you can quickly customize the system and connect it with local CRM tools. The development and support team has also been very helpful throughout.
Cons
I haven't had any complaints about this software.
