“Had such a great time!
Pros
The platform is fairly easy to use and training my team on it was a simple task. Overall I am really happy with Call Logic and ended up re subscribing after initially canceling it.
Cons
I would love it more if the login process was a bit faster. As I feel like it would be great to have a one click login option.

“Really impressed with the customer service
Pros
Call Logic product is simply fantastic and the customer service is even better. The interface is also user-friendly and the integrations seem to work smoothly.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing that I dislike. It is pretty easy to use. I did run into a small issue with one of the integrations but the customer service team was great and helped me sort it out.

“A great choice for boosting dials
Pros
It is simple to get started with and we do not need to put much effort to dive in. Plus it really helps boost the number of calls we can make.
Cons
There are limits on how many leads we can add per campaign and campaigns do not update in real-time so we have to rebuild them every time.
