“locked out with no support”

Pros

Getting started is fairly simple and setting it up didnt take much effort.

Cons

Lately though, support seems completely unavailable. Over the past several weeks, I haven't been able to get anyone to answer the support line at all. On top of that I'm locked out of my account and can't make any updates to call routing. There's no way for a user to reset access without assistance and the trouble tickets I've submitted don't seem to be leading anywhere.

“frustrating dropped calls”

Pros

The interface is fairly easy to navigate and at the moment that's the only real positive. IVR support is basically nonexistent.

Cons

Support used to be reasonably helpful but now it's been reduced to filling out a form. After submitting it, it feels like it just disappears into a void. There's no email confirmation that they even received it. The pricing is quite high compared with Twilio and about 30% of calls are getting dropped. Even with test results showing otherwise, they keep insisting the problem is with our phones.

“fast calling and useful recordings”

Pros

Working in telemarketing, this has been really helpful. It lets me sort through calls and filter them out so I can focus on better leads and it also records phone conversations. That's been useful for training and has helped me improve customer satisfaction. Calls connect quickly too.

Cons

I didn't run into any real problems with the app. The only downside is that it's a little expensive.

“too limited for our needs”

Pros

Its really simple to set up and easy to use. This app doesnt have a lot of features to sort through and everything is laid out in a logical way, all of which add to its ease of use.

Cons

At the same time because it was built so simply, we couldn't customize it enough to fully support our company's needs and get the most benefit from it.

“quick setup and helpful reporting”

Pros

Setting everything up and then learning how to use this program was simple. Our outbound callers were trained and actively using it within minutes. The reporting tools and call recording have been especially useful for gathering feedback from prospects and for training our callers more effectively.

Cons

The payment setup could be more transparent. You have to buy credits that are then applied toward minutes and it would make more sense if you could just purchase minutes directly.

“better call tracking but noisy inbox”

Pros

Compared with similar tools, this one stands out for how simple it is to set up and use. The call tracking and recording features also work noticeably better than many others.

Cons

A downside is the unwanted emails and text messages which feel like spam from irrelevant users. On top of that customer service is quite slow and that gets frustrating quickly.

“flexible calling tools and solid value”

Pros

Packed with useful features this tool comes with pre recorded reply options, script setup, analytics, texting and phone banking, just to mention a few. All of that really makes phone banking much simpler. For businesses, I'd say it's one of the best ways to connect with customers and follow up with them, whether that means running a survey, collecting feedback on a specific product or notifying them about an upcoming product or service launch. It's flexible and customizable which makes it an even better go to option for online banking. The pricing is also very reasonable and it delivers strong value for the money with automated dialing for mass calls and very helpful customer service whenever there's an issue to report.

Cons

It would be helpful to have the option to edit the text while recording so accidental mistakes can be corrected. I'd also like to see more customization available for standard reports so they can better match specific business needs.

“reliable and productive calling”

Pros

It was quick to setup and since we've been using it I've noticed a boost in productivity and efficiency. I rely on it for all of my outgoing calls and it has proven to be a trustworthy product.

Cons

I haven't run into any drawbacks or issues with it.

“keeping track of message threads is difficult”

Pros

Getting contacts imported and putting together a text campaign is very quick and easy. The per message pricing also feels reasonable for what it offers.

Cons

Our lead managers on the team had a harder time with the conversation side of it. Keeping track of message threads was difficult for them and they didn't find the inbox especially user friendly.

“affordable with useful live transfer”

Pros

Its clear text to speech feature is one of the best parts of using it. The pricing is very affordable and the interface is user friendly enough to get everything set up without much hassle. Live transfer is also extremely useful and adds a lot of value.

Cons

One thing I still wish it offered is a way to edit the text behind a recording or at least display the exact words being spoken so they can be copied into another response. Having to retype everything just to make a small change feels a bit frustrating.
