Pros

As a lead generation marketer, I'd put this among the top call tracking platforms out there. If you're already using SignalWire or Twilio for call tracking numbers, moving those numbers over to this app is pretty easy and managing the tracking from there is simple. Setting up call flows also feels less complicated compared to a lot of other tools. They recently moved to lifetime plans which is really exciting from a marketing perspective because getting a solid call tracking solution for a one time payment is a huge plus.

Cons

The usage based pricing is a bit expensive. The monthly cost for phone numbers also feels like it should be more affordable.

Pros

Handling a high volume of phone calls is much more manageable with the different personalized call flows. It's user friendly, reasonably priced and the support team has been excellent.

Cons

One feature I'd still like to see added is round robin call distribution.
