“responsive support”
Pros
Using this platform has been going great so far and being able to reach my rep anytime is a big plus. They always get back to me quickly which makes the whole experience even better.
Cons
One limitation is that I'm not able to listen to calls that are older than 30 days.

“Review tracking made simple”
Pros
It's very simple to navigate and has been a huge help in our work. Before this, keeping track of which customers I had sent review requests to was a challenge but now that process is much more organized.
Cons
At this point I haven't run into any problems.

“Great ad tracking function”
Pros
Being able to track every incoming call back to its source makes it clear which ads are performing best for us.
Cons
At the beginning, the interface took a little getting used to but the support team patiently walked me through it as many times as needed until I was comfortable using it on my own.

“user friendly design”
Pros
Using it has been a great experience and its user friendly design is definitely one of its biggest strengths.
Cons
From a designer's perspective, I'm always drawn to products with a more distinctive look so this software could really benefit from a visual refresh.

“Offers a lot of value for the price”
Pros
One of the most useful parts is being able to see every missed call and exactly where it came from. We can also replay calls later which has been really helpful for coaching and training. It gives me a clear view of whether calls are coming from Facebook, Google, our website and other sources. For the price, it offers a lot of value.
Cons
Dashboard can be a little slow to load but it is not a major issue.

“I highly recommend it!”
Pros
From setup to day to day management, it feels like the right choice for both our team and our clients. Compared with other providers, it delivers the strongest value we've seen for the services included. Their support team has also been outstanding. They're easily reachable, responsive and consistently ready to help. We'd absolutely recommend CallSource for call tracking.
Cons
There are plenty of call service platforms out there offering every possible extra feature and add on. That may sound impressive in a sales presentation but the real question is how much of it a dealership will actually use. In our case, CallSource covers the needs of about 90% of the dealerships we work with while still offering the best combination of price and value. If there's anything to point out, it's probably that very few competitors come close to matching their service level and pricing.

“helps me spot missed opportunities”
Pros
It helps me spot missed opportunities, support training and pull up calls whenever I need them. Most importantly, it gives me a way to recover missed leads that I otherwise might have lost.
Cons
It doesn't capture every single call and sometimes a few calls get marked as booked or as not being an opportunity when that's not actually how we viewed them. That said, the margin of error is very small.

“valuable help for our team”
Pros
This has been a big help for our team overall. Having separate numbers for different marketing campaigns has also been really useful.
Cons
One issue that comes up from time to time is how the support team reviews DealSavers calls and marks them as missed opportunities when they really are not. I usually end up sending about 2 to 3 calls a week back to my rep so they can be categorized correctly.

“Insightful reporting”
Pros
Honestly using this has been very easy and the reporting features are terrific.
Cons
Only thing that even comes close to a downside is that whenever I change my Elead password, I also have to update my password here so the two systems can keep communicating when a reviewed call is being recorded.

“Solid campaign tracking results”
Pros
After using this for years, we're still extremely happy with it. It has given us far better visibility into our marketing than we ever had before and now we can clearly measure the return on investment for each campaign. Since using it, our marketing budget has decreased while our call volume has increased. It has also helped us negotiate better pricing because we can show exactly how many calls each campaign is generating.
Cons
The reporting can be a little difficult to follow at times and I wish it were more well organized.

Pros
Managing and tracking vanity lines with this service has been really simple. It's a powerful platform that makes assigning numbers and keeping an eye on performance feel effortless.
