It is the best phone service!!

Pros

This Software is just a perfect phone system�I have no major problems.

Cons

There are no cons to this phone system that I have found. The internet interface is a little outdated, but that doesn't affect my calls, so who cares? Who wants a fancy website or just a damn good phone system anyways?

Affordable and excellent VOIP solution for your business

Pros

I like how easy it was to set up immediately and how well it works. The user interface is very simple to use, and the service is always up and running for me.

Cons

There was a slight learning curve on some additional features that I really don't use, so it took me a little longer to set them up and try them out.

Perfect software overall

Pros

It works perfectly. I receive calls to my toll-free number, and if I can't answer, the voicemail is forwarded to me via email. Almost all long-distance calls no longer incur extra charges. Having a toll-free number adds a sense of professionalism to your company.

Cons

Nothing. I like everything about my toll-free number from Callture.

Very amazing customer service

Pros

I've never experienced any connection problems or system outages. Customer support is also excellent, with very fast responses. They are incredibly reliable.

Cons

Incredibly powerful VOIP system at an affordable price

Pros

The Callture business phone service is amazing, there's almost nothing it can't do! If something isn't right, Callture works very hard to make it right. The system accommodates almost any customization you want with your call flow.

Cons

It can be confusing setting up some schedules to ensure you have the correct dates.

It offers so many features!!!

Pros

When I was looking for a toll-free number for my business, Callture was one of the easiest to set up and use. I secured a vanity number and it came with a complimentary toll-free fax number. All faxes come in as an email (PDF) and sending them out is a breeze using the online platform. Not that I use it often but it's nice to know it's there when needed. My wife runs the office, and all service requests are automatically forwarded to her cell phone. I also like the fact that you can set up extensions and time frames for when incoming calls should go to voicemail (e.g., after 9 PM). The call center automatically routes calls like a 24/7 switchboard operator. I've been using callture for several years now, and the product is highly customizable, easy to use, and fairly priced. Cons

Either the call center announcements can be customized with your own voice or a computerized one. I really wish the latter was a free feature.

Pros

If I'm not in the office, all calls forward to my cell phone so I don't miss any. Even if your internet goes down, you're not out of business. Support is always happy to help with any changes needed.

Truly the best

Pros

We've been using Callture for over 10 years. We had one issue about five years ago where their fax machine couldn't connect to a specific fax machine trying to send a fax. They fixed it immediately by upgrading the fax server and we haven't had a problem since.

Cons

No problems at all. I can't think of any features that are missing.

Cons

The only issue we have is with voicemail notifications on our phones and the call forwarding features after the phone rings. But that may be an issue with our own internal hardware.
