Pros

This app has been a very flexible and dependable solution for us and the technical support from CCDS is easily the best I've worked with. Their team really understands call center environments and has been able to guide me on how to get the most value from the technology for my business.

Cons

It's not the lowest priced option out there but compared with my experience using other providers, the somewhat higher cost feels completely justified.
