Pros

One thing we really appreciate is being able to run forecasts more than two years out. It gives us the flexibility to build very detailed models when needed but it also works just as well for simpler projections when that's all we're after. Also I think using occupancy as an output makes sense and is the right approach even though a lot of people may still expect it to be set up as an input.
