“reliable DNC compliance coverage”

Pros

Keeping DNC compliance in check is simple with this software. I also appreciate the proactive way it handles removing outbound numbers from DNC, spam, robocaller and similar lists before they become a bigger issue.

Cons

Its website feels pretty bare bones and there's not much visibility into how the processes actually work behind the scenes.

“helpful state law comparisons”

Pros

The Compliance Guide Wizard has been really useful for reviewing laws across multiple states. Being able to compare one state against another is especially helpful and the whole tool feels much more user friendly than similar options I've used.

Cons

The frustrating part is resetting my credentials. Having to send an email request takes more effort than it should especially when chat support is already there. It would be much better if that option were available directly through the chat app.

“Best tool for cold calling”

Pros

Every day, I rely on this tool to scrub numbers and handle cold calling so it has become my go to option. The layout is simple to navigate and the well thought out design means it doesn't use much internet data.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. It's the tool I keep coming back to every day and in the two months I've been using it, it hasn't let me down once.

“useful compliance certification”

Pros

Completing the compliance courses is required to get certified and they do a good job of making sure you understand the rules and guidelines so you don't accidentally violate them.

Cons

One downside is that it can sometimes take a while to finish all of the required courses.
