Great and user friendly experience

Pros

Overall a great software

Super easy and useful

Pros

The DialShree Progressive Dialer, Auto Dialer, Power Dialer, and Predictive Dialer are all super easy to use. All the necessary functions are easily accessible on the side. Plus, the support team at Elision is quick to assist whenever we needed.

It's a perfect call center solution

Pros

I'm really impressed with how quickly DialShree delivers call recordings. On top of that, their customer support is fantastic, always available and helpful.

Cons

I haven't noticed anything negative so far. The DialShree developers are always improving things, which is great to see.

It has streamlined our entire process!

Pros

Implementing DialShree's Cloud Call Center Solution for our business was a great decision. It completely transformed our customer service operations. Being cloud-based meant we no longer needed costly on-premises hardware, and it allowed us to streamline everything and cut down on costs. The smart call routing system is impressive too and it intelligently directs calls to the right agent or department, based on predefined rules.

Customizable reports and call routing with DialShree

Pros

For our business, workflow automation is key, and DialShree really delivers. The call routing methods, like sticky agents and language-based routing, helped reduce wait times and provide a more personalized experience for our customers. The whole process was smooth, and the support team was really efficient.

Cons

We did need to implement a couple of features to match our specific processes but Elision's team of professionals handled everything efficiently so we didn't run into any problems.

Really a all in one solution

Pros

We started using DialShree with limited features, but as we scaled our business, we were able to customize the modules, features and reports to better fit our needs. The entire journey has been really smooth, and we've had no major obstacles. We're very happy with DialShree.

Highly recommend!

Pros

It supports multiple communication channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, SMS, email, video calls and screen sharing. All of these channels are integrated into one platform and really make our work easy. The team provides constant support and training, making it very user-friendly software.

Cons

Customizing SMS templates can be a bit tricky at times, but their team has been very helpful and guided us through the process.

The Collection Module automated our operations seamlessly

Pros

DialShree by Elision is packed with productive features and modules. The collection module has helped us send automatic reminders, and the auto-calling feature has reduced a lot of manual work. Great call routing and features!

Pros

It offers excellent routing methods, like skill-based routing, sticky agents and language-based routing. These features have cut down on customer wait times and reduced repetitive calls on the same issue. Their lead management module has also helped us increase leads by three times.

Cons

There's nothing major to mention but I think a few more customization options would make the product even better.

The best cloud-based call center solution out there

Pros

Switching to a cloud-based call center solution with DTMF IVR was a total game changer for our business. The setup process was seamless, and the DTMF IVR interface allowed our customers to resolve queries on their own, reducing wait times. The scalability of the cloud solution meant we could easily handle fluctuations in call volume without any issues. It saved us money while maintaining high service quality, even during peak periods.
