Pros

Adding phone numbers and names automatically pulls in their social profiles and profile pictures from places like Facebook and Instagram which is really useful. The contact layout is organized well too, with the name, number and notes and then those social links displayed as fanned out bubbles across the top. Once you enter your contacts' social profile names, it feeds into the system so people can more clearly tell who is actually calling through Caller ID. The spam blocking works really well and the caller ID feature is just as helpful. If a number is not already in the system, the app updates you once it figures out who has been calling, whether it is silent calls, prank calls or any other annoying nonsense.

Cons

One thing to watch out for is permissions. If the app does not have everything enabled, your internet connection is weak or background data is turned off, text messages can show up late. It is also important to turn off your old texting and calling apps, otherwise you can end up with duplicate calls and message alerts from the same person, like having two phones going off at once.
