The support team is helpful and the software is quite handy to use. Still if you want to make full use of the advanced features, strong coordination within your own team is necessary.

Pros
Calling speed has been consistently good and we haven't run into any errors. It feels very secure and the unlimited free customization is a big plus for us.
Cons
