“clear audio quality”
Pros
Right from the start, this platform feels packed with features that can easily stand alongside the top tools in this space. The biggest highlight for me is the clear voice quality and there's little to no lag during use which makes a real difference.
Cons
I'd really like to see FrontSpin expand its third party integrations. Tech support also feels a bit limited right now and having real time assistance would make it much better.

“real time synchronization works well”
Pros
Getting started was quick and the real time synchronization works very well.
Cons
It's hard to point out any cons, I cant come up with anything.

“email tracking simplified”
Pros
Using the auto dialer helped me move through calls fast and keep my productivity up. The email nurturing workflow was also very easy to use and tracking the progress of emails was simple as well.
Cons
At times, the auto dialer would jump to the next call a little too fast, before I had finished writing my notes.

“good for conversation reviews”
Pros
It wasnt difficult to get started with and didn't take much training either. It keeps track of my daily calls and follow ups and I can also look back to see what happened during previous conversations.
Cons
There are times when it doesn't save my numbers or actions from earlier calls which can be frustrating but the customer service team has been helpful.

“easy to use”
Pros
The interface feels user friendly and it makes highlighting specific parts of calls for feedback really simple.
Cons
I feel like it should be easier to open separate tabs when reviewing multiple calls. It's also frustrating that the filters don't stay in place when you return to a filtered list in the library.

“Crashes constantly”
Pros
Calling people with it is very easy and the setup is organized in a way that makes tasks, lists and prospect calling simple to work through.
Cons
The problem is that it crashes constantly. Almost every week, we're sending Slack messages around to see whether the platform is down for everyone and then we're stuck waiting for it to come back online.

“powerful outreach automation”
Pros
This software brings strong automation and organization tools for business phone and email outreach which has been really useful.
Cons
Honestly, I've only just started using the software but I haven't run into any issues so far.

“Not great for scale”
Pros
Its interface is user friendly and it takes little to no training to show someone how to use it. Overall, it's very simple.
Cons
It doesn't seem like the right fit for larger companies. It lacks the ability to prevent users from deleting calls and there are times when the Salesforce sync doesn't work properly. On top of that the system goes down at least once a month.

“too many bugs”
Pros
One useful thing is that it allows a single user to manage multiple accounts.
Cons
Beyond that, the platform feels confusing to use, full of bugs and overall just a terrible product.

“simple to get started with”
Pros
Getting started didnt take much effort, everything was already set up for me and being able to track responses directly in Salesforce was really helpful.
Cons
Something that bothered me was how lists were handled. If I left a list and came back later, I had to manually find the last contact I was working on before continuing. Since I didn't always need to call through a list in order, that part felt inconvenient.

“powerful dialer”
Pros
Having a dialer where we can manually enter any number is really useful. The call cadences are strong and help keep call volume organized by lead. Being able to build custom lead lists that sync both ways with Salesforce is also a big advantage.
Cons
The admin reporting area could be much better. It's hard to pull detailed call metrics. For instance if you want a list of the phone numbers dialed that day, that's not available so you only get the total number of calls. Team reporting is also inconvenient since users have to be manually assigned to groups and there's a limit on how much data you can access.

“Decent for basic sales processes”
Pros
If your sales process is very cookie cutter and transactional, it delivers on what it promises and feels worth the price compared with other CRM options.
Cons
At times, it actually slows down sales and lead management instead of speeding things up which ends up being completely counterproductive.

“all in one client tracking”
Pros
Something I found really convenient was having my calls and email together in one platform. It helps me stay on top of clients and keeps my workflow organized and easier to follow.
Cons
One downside is that I need to purchase Salesforce to be able to use it. It also doesn't support voice broadcasting which is something I really need for my marketing campaigns.

“organized my workflow”
Pros
Keeping up with progress and day to day activity is really simple with this tool. It lets you send one off emails, handle list emails, record calls and log activities all in one place which makes staying organized a lot easier.
Cons
List emails can be a bit tricky to send and there's definitely room for mistakes if you're not already familiar with how all the functions work.

“saves us a lot of time”
Pros
Putting together call reports is easy and being able to customize the dial playbook for leads is really useful. One of the best parts is the voicemail recording feature, you can save different voicemail messages and use them while power dialing which cuts down a lot of time.
Cons
It does glitch pretty often which gets frustrating. I'm also not crazy about the way the dialing reports are organized. Email opens can be tracked but it only lets you see the most recent 30 so that becomes pretty pointless when you're running a drip campaign.

“Reporting falls short”
Pros
A feature that's been useful is Playbook and the automatic mass email option is another plus. Aside from that, the software is only okay overall.
Cons
You dont have the ability to schedule emails to send at a later time which is frustrating. The reporting also feels weak and the reports themselves are hard to navigate.
