“powerful AI support boost”
Pros
Something I really appreciate is how the AI features give both my customers and me real time assistance, along with automated insights. That combination helps me respond more quickly, stay consistent in the support I provide and create a better overall customer experience.
Cons
The interface, however, doesn't feel very approachable. It's the kind of system that takes a fair amount of time and effort to fully understand and integrate properly.

“strong addition to our setup”
Pros
It has been a strong addition to our support setup because it handles routine customer conversations automatically and gives agents real time AI help to solve more complicated issues faster. It blends well into the workflow so there's much less jumping back and forth between different tools.
Cons
Implementation can be complicated and the cost is fairly high for a small business.

“valuable real time agent assist feature”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths here is the natural language understanding behind the virtual agents. Conversations come across as far less scripted and much more flexible than what you typically get with older IVR systems and that leads to better containment rates and less frustration for customers. The real time agent assist feature also adds a lot of value by bringing up relevant knowledge base content and suggested replies for live agents during conversations, helping them solve problems faster without needing to put customers on hold. On top of that, the close integration with Google Cloud infrastructure helps it scale reliably when contact volume changes, without adding a lot of operational overhead.
Cons
Setting up, training and fine tuning CCAI so it can properly handle the nuances of real customer conversations takes a lot of time, effort and specialized expertise and the out of the box experience is nowhere near as turnkey as the marketing makes it sound.

“helpful call summaries”
Pros
Having this in place takes a lot of pressure off my day to day work. While I'm on a call, it pulls up helpful information and suggestions fast so the agent doesn't have to jump between multiple systems to find what they need. The automatic call summaries are another big plus since they cut down the time I'd normally spend writing notes after each conversation.
Cons
One downside is that the AI recommendations are not always accurate or relevant. When a customer describes an issue in an uncommon or unusual way, the system can fall back on a generic response that doesn't really fit the situation. Because of that, I still need to verify the information before I use it.

“Makes it easy to pull up information”
Pros
What really stands out is how much this helps our support team during live customer conversations. The agent assist tools make it much faster to pull up the right information and the AI takes care of plenty of repetitive questions without requiring an agent every single time. On the technical side, it also fits in nicely with the rest of our Google stack which has been a big plus for development.
Cons
Getting everything up and running took a while especially when it came to connecting it with our existing systems and making sure the knowledge base was set up correctly. We also have to regularly monitor the AI's responses and make adjustments whenever our processes or information change. It's a very capable platform but it's not something you can just set and forget since it needs ongoing upkeep.

“deals with customer questions quickly”
Pros
I really appreciate how natural the bots sound during conversations. It deals with common customer questions fast and cuts down wait times quite a bit. The real time agent assist feature is also a big help for support teams on live calls especially when they need guidance right in the moment.
Cons
The pricing can feel pretty high for smaller call volumes too and adjusting specific intents for more complex customer questions sometimes ends up needing a lot of manual fine tuning. Getting everything set up and integrated takes a fair amount of technical work and training upfront.

“faster calls with smart guidance”
Pros
During live customer conversations, it provides real time guidance for agents, offers step by step workflow recommendations and creates automated call summaries on the spot. That has made a noticeable difference in reducing Average Handle Time.
Cons
Its usage based pricing which is charged per minute for voice and per session for chat can get expensive when virtual agent flows aren't tuned well enough to resolve customer issues efficiently.

“helpful automated follow ups”
Pros
Having automated follow ups in place has been really helpful because it lets me keep my attention on renewals instead of constantly checking back manually.
Cons
I do wish it were better at picking up on content clues within client accounts and adapting based on that.

“useful analytics”
Pros
Something this platform does well is search business information and return relevant answers. It also helps analyze customer interactions to spot common topics and it supports multiple channels like voice, chat and SMS. In my view, it delivers the most value for organizations handling a large volume of customer conversations. Overall, the value is solid though companies should keep a close eye on usage.
Cons
At times, the AI assistant may misread what a customer actually means or suggest a recommendation that doesn't fit the situation.

“I have privacy concern”
Pros
Honestly, I'm not very convinced by it overall. The one benefit is that it can give you answers to questions faster than it would normally take to look them up.
Cons
My biggest concern is the security side of using AI in business. I really don't trust how much tracking of my information that seems to be involved.
