Pros

Getting started with it is easy and the platform runs really fast. It gives employees a simple way to see who their coworkers are and helps everyone stay connected. It also supports communication between team members, including through social media style interaction.

Cons

At times, it includes more detail than necessary. It can also make too much personal information visible to too many people. That can be useful in some situations but I can also understand why it may be a downside.
