Between the competitive pricing and the quality of the product, this has been a really positive experience. The customer service has been awesome as well and always helpful when needed.

Pros

After Skype shut everything down, I had to look for a solid alternative that could give me the same level of service. I needed a virtual phone number in my home country so people could reach me for the cost of a local call, plus the ability to forward those calls to any mobile or landline worldwide while I'm traveling. On top of that I wanted pricing that stayed reasonable, similar to what Skype charged for incoming numbers and international calling. I was able to order a virtual number, get my ID and address verified, install KOMPaaS's softphone app on my Android phone, add funds to my account and set up call forwarding all within two days. I'm genuinely impressed and very happy with it.
