Pros
Getting everything set up was easy and the system is very user friendly. It's simple to work with on a daily basis.

The UI/UX feels a bit outdated and could use some updates.

Pros
Whenever I need help, their customer service is incredibly responsive. They always seem available and handle any issues really quickly.
Cons
It feels a bit underwhelming right now although a new version is on the way.

“steady updates”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how responsive the support team is. Anytime I've run into an issue, they've always been ready and willing to help me sort it out.
Cons
Only concerns I've had are things they already seem to be working on. I'm hoping the upcoming dashboard relaunch takes care of the remaining issues.
