“clear audio quality”
Pros
Call management has been really useful and simple to work with. It also connects nicely with SMS, email and WhatsApp which makes communication much more convenient. On top of that, the call quality stays clear and consistent.
Cons
Everything has been working well overall though I'd appreciate a bit more flexibility in how notifications appear or alert users.
