Pros

Using it day to day feels easy and keeping everything running doesn't take much effort. The software is simple and comfortable to work with.

Cons

The product line doesn't seem to evolve very quickly. Other manufacturers tend to introduce innovations and updates at a much faster pace. That said, when something already works well, there may not be much reason to change it.
