“high value product”

Pros

One thing that really sets this apart is the per answered call pricing. Combined with the very low per minute fees, it makes costs fully predictable across all clients. The AI summaries and transcriptions save a lot of time and the Google Ads integration automatically sends conversions back so the platform is very simple to work with.

Cons

Only downside was the HIPAA compliance activation which took longer than expected. I was given a target date for it to be ready but it ended up taking an extra week and delayed onboarding for a few clients.

“easy to use”

Pros

Everything about this tool feels clear and easy to use and getting it set up was just as simple. It's also priced very reasonably compared with other options on the market.

Cons

Nothing has really come up as a downside yet although I haven't had the chance to try every feature.

“fantastic support team”

Pros

Right from the start, the support team has been outstanding. Demitrios joined several calls with our team and guided us through every step of the process. The dashboard is simple and I really love the product.

Cons

It does exactly what they say it will do and to be fair even more than that. So I dont really have any complaints.

“Accurate call tracking results”

Pros

It has been an excellent call tracking service for us. It's user friendly, accurate and it has really improved the way we analyze our calls. Definitely recommended!

Cons

The initial setup is a bit frustrating at first but once that's done, everything works perfectly.

“insights are fantastic”

Pros

Instead of only showing campaign level numbers, it also gives us ad set level data which adds a lot more useful detail.

Cons

This has been an excellent tool and I have nothing to add here.

“reliable service”

Pros

After the whole Phone Wagon situation changed when CallRail acquired them, I ended up looking elsewhere since CallRail couldn't move me onto one of their plans because I had been a customer before. I spent about a month trying to sort out the integration with CallRail but eventually gave up and switched to Nimbata. Their customer support was excellent and things have gone well ever since.

Cons

Using it can feel a bit awkward at times and its not the most user friendly platform. I'd really like to see more attention given to the UI and overall user experience.

“cost effective”

Pros

Their pricing structure was the first thing that convinced us to try the platform and it has absolutely paid off. We had worked with other call tracking tools before and the month end invoices were cutting too deeply into our margins. With it's per call pricing, our call tracking costs dropped by around 70% compared to the trackers we used previously.

Cons

As with most software, there are always small areas that could be improved. The part we appreciate is that the Nimbata team has acted on many of the minor and major suggestions we've shared which has only made the platform better for us over time. I don't have any major downsides to list here.

“valuable campaign insights”

Pros

It gives us really useful visibility into which campaigns, channels and keywords are actually getting customers to pick up the phone and call the business.

Cons

There's nothing major to complain about. If anything, the mobile UX could use some improvement.

“excellent call tracking features”

Pros

Really solid tool for call tracking. You can add messages at the beginning of calls and the call routing sequences are very practical.

Cons

One feature I'd add would be protection against robocalls and botnets. It's not available in France yet but it would be very useful.

“Makes managing everything much more convenient”

Pros

Something that's been really useful is how simple the tracking numbers are to work with. I can quickly set up numbers for all the client websites I build which makes managing everything much more convenient.

Cons

The downside is that I can't use the tracked numbers to return calls. If I miss a call or a client doesn't answer, I have to follow up later using my own number instead.

“packed with useful features”

Pros

Getting started is quick and it's budget friendly while still including all the features you actually need.

Cons

Its free plan could use a more complete dashboard but it's not a major issue.

“clean UI”

Pros

Using this has been very easy thanks to its user friendly platform, the interface looks polished and it costs less than many competing options.

Cons

A downside is that blocking specific country codes is locked behind a higher priced subscription tier. It really should be included in the basic plan and while that does take away from the overall experience a little, it's the only real issue I have with the platform.

“my experience with Nimbata”

Pros

From the service quality to the support we get from the team, everything has been excellent. They are always available to help and point us in the right direction and Nimbata has helped our marketing team draw useful conclusions.

Cons

I just wish the pricing were a bit more affordable especially since we use this platform alongside other marketing tools.

“Does exactly what its supposed to”

Pros

This does exactly what it is supposed to do. It makes phone calls and the source of the traffic behind them much more traceable. For us, it was important to understand which traffic sources were actually leading to calls. You can track this either at the traffic source level or down to individual visitors. It works by adding a code snippet to the website which replaces static phone numbers with dynamic, rotating local numbers registered through this app. There are a few configuration options available but the setup works without requiring a lot of steps.

Cons

While there are competing tools that offer broader analytics or, for example, more detailed Salesforce integrations, this tool is so great that I dont even care about that. I don't have anything negative to say about it.

“powerful call tracking for digital channels”

Pros

The platform feels like a very complete call tracking tool. It lets me properly track incoming calls from different digital channels, such as Google and Facebook. Setting it up is very simple and the platform is easy to use. I'd absolutely recommend it 100%.

Cons

Something that may need a review is how goals are created with Analytics. I can work with it but there are times when the data showing up in Analytics doesn't fully match the numbers I see in the app.

“helps me judge the overall quality of the calls”

Pros

Phone call tracking was one of the biggest gaps in my B2B lead generation process and this tool finally fixed it. Now I can clearly show the increase in calls coming from our marketing efforts and I can also see which channels are driving the most phone calls. On top of that, the reporting includes details like call duration and who hung up which helps me judge the overall quality of the calls as well.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. They've built a solid product and priced it very fairly.
