Pros

After dealing with major problems around our sales calls getting marked as spam, this ended up fixing it. We got everything set up and within a few weeks those issues disappeared. We had tried a different platform before this and the results were pretty average so it was a big difference seeing this one work almost immediately. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect at first since there weren't many reviews out there but we've been really happy with it and it has done exactly what was promised. The onboarding and customer support have also been excellent throughout.

Cons

Up to this point, it has performed really well. My only real complaint is that the onboarding data entry process was a bit difficult although their team was available and helped me get through it. It's also not inexpensive but the cost feels fair for the value it delivers.
