“solid price”

Pros

It has worked reliably for us, offers plenty of customization and comes at a very competitive price compared with other options.

Cons

Support has been the frustrating part. During setup and installation, I ended up having to explain to the installers what a subnet was and how to configure it on the phones they had sold me. On top of that some support tickets we opened were never resolved.

“good call quality”

Pros

The call audio quality was very solid and phone conversations came through clearly.

Cons

Getting the system up and running was extremely complicated and took a lot of time. Even after everything was set up making admin changes meant opening support tickets and dealing with far too many phone calls. The uptime also wasn't as reliable as other services we've used.

“powerful features”

Pros

Our office uses this phone system and it's packed with capabilities. There's an app that lets you answer calls from home whenever needed which has been incredibly useful. The number of features available is honestly impressive. Right now we have 6 lines, call park and retrieve, overhead paging and plenty more. The app does far more than just handle calls remotely too. You can check office usage from home, listen to recorded calls, update voicemail, adjust extension settings and a lot beyond that. I really can't say enough good things about how user friendly both the system and the software are.

Cons

Just make sure you have strong accessibility and aren't located in a rural area. It depends on a reliable, high quality internet connection to work the way it should.
