Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how incredibly adaptable it is. As a business owner, I need a phone system that can keep up with changing needs and it lets me scale the service up or down whenever necessary. I can also manage everything remotely through a user friendly online portal which saves me the hassle and expense of maintaining traditional phone lines and hardware.

Cons

At the same time, it has a somewhat limited feature set and the initial setup can feel pretty overwhelming for someone who is not very technical, like me. More detailed tutorials or easier access to customer support during the setup stage would make things much better for users in the same situation.
