Being able to use this with Team calls has been a really valuable feature.

The tougher part has been getting Teams to connect properly with our older Polycom Group Series equipment.

This platform gives us the best of both worlds by supporting traditional SIP/H.323 video system while also offering modern features and deployment choices. It also makes it possible for us to connect with patients over video even in very rural areas where doctors are limited or sometimes unavailable altogether.

One thing that really stands out is how stable the platform is and it's also very easy for both admins and end users to work with.

I wish it was easier to use across different platforms that would really help when it comes to external collaboration.
