Pros

One thing I appreciate most is being able to reach a large number of people in a short amount of time.

Getting started was really difficult. It took a lot of training before I could understand how to make it work properly and the initial setup was especially hard to deal with.

From start to finish, they've done an excellent job and kept communication clear the whole way through. I'd absolutely recommend this company.

Honestly, there wasn't a single positive thing about it. The only good part was finally being done with it.

It was awful from beginning to end. The customer support was terrible, the interface felt slow and outdated and it never integrated properly with my SalesLoft provider. Setting it up was overly complicated with too many layers and there was only one number available. The whole process felt confusing the entire way through. On top of that there was no clear way to cancel the subscription and they continued charging me anyway. The suggested integrations were much more complicated than they made them sound, the product was overpriced and it didn't perform the way it was supposed to. I felt misled into purchasing because there was no trial and they charged me upfront before even having a setup call. Even when I asked directly to cancel, they didn't clearly confirm it.
