Pros

Running our business using this platform has been a really positive experience. The system is simple to work with and tools like call recording, call routing and handling calls from both mobile and desktop have made day to day communication much more convenient for our team. On top of that their customer support has been quick to respond whenever needed. It's definitely a strong choice for small businesses.
