Pros

The physical hardware that comes with this software is very simple to use which makes training new hires much easier. Even the operator consoles which usually tend to be a bit more involved, still feel basic and user friendly here. I also really appreciate having the option to use either a physical console or a digital version on a computer screen since that adds useful flexibility. Overall, the system is extremely easy to use and has been consistently reliable, with only very occasional glitches. It's such a critical part of keeping our dealerships running so dependability matters a lot and their team has done a very good job there.

Cons

Since the system is starting to show its age, the reporting software could definitely use an update. At times, the reporting features feel a little outdated.

It keeps our team connected during the workday and makes it simple to see who's available at any given time.

At this point, I haven't come across any downsides to mention.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is that the phones can be set up before the device even arrives, as long as you have the MAC address. Once it shows up, it's basically plug and play.

Cons

A downside is that new updates always seem to require the latest companion software as well so when upgrading you need to make sure you have both. It's also important to have a way to save everything in case you need to reinstall later.
