“fast responses by support”
Pros
Keeping up with customer conversations and getting ready for calls has become much simpler since I no longer have to bounce between different systems. The call recordings, AI generated summaries and Salesforce integration are especially useful because they save me time and keep everything organized. On top of that the technical support team has been consistently helpful whenever we've needed assistance, responding quickly and providing effective solutions.
Cons
On the rare occasion that something comes up, their IT team is quick to fix it so I really don't have any complaints.

“helpful tools”
Pros
The management tools have been really helpful and the team has been very responsive whenever we've shared suggestions.
Cons
I'd really like to see a dark mode option so the app lines up with the rest of my system.

“powerful coaching insights”
Pros
Conversation AI helps me give my team accurate, practical coaching much more efficiently. It also makes it possible to customize call analysis around the exact parts I want to review, pinpoint where those moments happen for quick reference and get useful suggestions on how to improve.
Cons
Guided Selling can feel a bit difficult from a usability perspective although it gets much easier to work with once you have solid experience with it.

“Useful call reviews”
Pros
Being able to go back and listen to calls has been really useful especially when I hang up and later realize I don't remember everything that was discussed. It also helps a lot when I need to confirm exactly what was said in a conversation or clear up any disagreement about a call. Since I'm still fairly new to sales, reviewing my own calls has been a solid way to coach myself and improve for the next one. I also appreciate that it integrates well with RingDNA and Salesforce. Getting started was fairly simple too and the training team did a good job helping us with the setup.
Cons
After a call ends, it can take some time before the recording becomes available and every now and then I'm unable to send it to the client.

“accurate AI summaries”
Pros
The AI tools have been really helpful for reviewing my calls and putting together quick summaries.
Cons
The constant prompts to leave a disposition and link every call to someone are frustrating because they can slow down my workflow.

“boosted our sales workflow”
Pros
This platform has really helped organize and speed up my sales workflow with the range of features it offers. Being able to place calls right from my computer and get call transcripts is incredibly convenient for the kind of sales work I do. The guided selling feature is also a big plus because it helps automate and simplify sales goals and KPIs. Another major benefit is the Salesforce integration which has been a huge advantage for me. I can view all my activity, including calls and texts, directly inside Salesforce records and use guided selling alongside that information.
Cons
I do wish the transcripts appeared faster and it would be better if incoming calls automatically connected to Salesforce records. Getting everything set up took some trial and error but we eventually worked through the issues.

“simple to setup”
Pros
Working with this tool has been a big plus for me because, as an admin, I'm able to handle everything easily within the platform. That makes it much faster to get tasks done and the simple setup made getting started even better.
Cons
One thing I'm not a fan of is that permission sets can't be created based on roles. On top of that setting up an agent's configuration during onboarding takes longer than it should.

“Strong Salesforce sync”
Pros
It's reassuring to know that support and our CSM are always just a message away and they usually get back to us fast. I also really appreciate how tightly the platform connects with Salesforce which makes lead updates and call tracking very convenient. The guided selling tools also make follow ups and pipeline management feel much more manageable.
Cons
From time to time, there are technical issues that make the app reload unexpectedly or fail to save notes.

“lets me handle everything from a single screen”
Pros
I can handle everything from a single screen which keeps my workflow much simpler. The prioritized action list is especially helpful because it shortens ramp time and cuts down on the guesswork. It's useful that the platform doesn't just suggest the next step but also lets me take action right there without stepping outside my normal daily process. The dashboard and reporting are also very comprehensive and help a lot with making informed decisions. Setup at the beginning was very simple and I use it alongside Salesforce. Moving over from RingCentral to Revenue.io has definitely been a positive change.
Cons
There are still a few features missing, such as branded calling which is still in the process of being implemented.

“great AI features”
Pros
Right away, it fit nicely into our Salesforce setup so adding call notes, resolutions and next steps into the CRM feels smooth. The AI features are a big plus especially alongside the Salesforce integration and the platform has been reliable and consistent overall without many breakdowns. From an IT perspective, it has required very little effort to manage and getting everything set up at the beginning was easy.
Cons
Honestly, there really is not much to complain about here.

“user friendly platform”
Pros
Using this has been going really well because the platform feels user friendly and simple to navigate. The Salesforce integration works smoothly, automatic call logging saves time and both inbound and outbound calling have been consistently reliable for our team. Having Salesforce sync and call activity logged automatically keeps everything centralized and consistent which makes it much easier to track customer conversations, stay organized and follow up the right way.
Cons
Something that would make it even better is having the ability to log into users' dialers for troubleshooting. Being able to view exactly what they're seeing would help resolve issues much faster.

“Smooth migration experience”
Pros
Switching to Rev i.O went incredibly well, largely thanks to Jessie Hamilton's expertise throughout the migration. As a sales lead, the interface has been a real plus and I especially appreciate how much it can be modified to fit the organization's needs and KPIs, particularly within the scorecards.
Cons
One thing I'd still like added is the ability to see scorecard averages across coached calls, along with a clearer view for each lead showing how many calls were coached compared with the highlights and annotations. That would make it much easier to keep people accountable to their lead targets and objectives.

“powerful coaching support”
Pros
It feels user friendly, efficient and very focused. If you're looking for a tool that helps you coach your team at a deeper level, improve conversations and create more pipeline opportunities, this is a strong choice. Being able to build custom coaching forms is something I really appreciate since it lets me quickly review call quality and see how my team is performing at a glance.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to point out.

“entire tech stack performs well”
Pros
We've had a really positive experience with this so far because they genuinely put time and resources into supporting their customers. Jordan has been especially fantastic to work with and has provided outstanding help consistently over the years. Their entire tech stack performs very well for our team and while the initial setup can get a bit complicated depending on the use case, they offer plenty of guidance and support to help through it.
Cons
Their tech stack has been working very well for us overall. That said, I'd still like to see more direct use of the AI results inside Salesforce. One example would be an AI driven lead score based on phone calls that maps well to a scorecard, then passes that data into the activity or custom conversation records to make lead management more effective.

“simple to work with”
Pros
Right away, it felt very user friendly and simple to work with. The reporting features are excellent and the platform is easy to navigate overall. Their customer service has been outstanding and everyone on the team comes across as professional and genuinely invested in helping their customers. On top of that the onboarding process was a very positive experience.

“Everything we need in one place”
Pros
It has been a big upgrade for us because it brings everything into one platform and replaces the more pieced together setup we had before. The built in conversation intelligence makes it simple to record and review customer calls and the automated coaching has been really valuable for our team. One feature I'm especially excited about is Moments which gives our frontline reps timely guidance and key information while calls are happening. It feels very forward looking and we see a lot of potential in it. The Salesforce integration has also worked well which has helped our workflow without creating extra friction. On top of that the implementation went well because their team stayed closely involved and helped make the rollout successful.
Cons
A small gap is that some of the reporting and insights features from our previous call intelligence tool were a bit stronger. That said, Revenue.io has been very open to customer feedback and continues to improve the product over time.

“useful AI insights”
Pros
This is our company's primary phone system and its Salesforce integration makes a big difference for our agents. It lets them move information between both platforms quickly so they can give clients a better overall experience. The team at Revenue.io also keeps adding improvements and building out new technology and the AI scorecards have been especially helpful by giving useful insights to both managers and agents.
Cons
Some problems do come up for some users, including dropped calls, unexpected logouts that affect both the dialer and Salesforce and occasional microphone issues although many of these may not actually be caused by the software itself. Another downside is that the standard reports in the Analytics section sometimes show numbers and statistics that don't fully match what appears in Salesforce reporting.

“Follow up boost”
Pros
The software has been a huge help especially with the AI generated email templates it creates after calls. Instead of writing every follow up from scratch, I usually only need to make a couple of quick edits before sending which saves a lot of time. It's also been a really useful tool for sharpening phone etiquette and improving cold calling skills. On top of that getting everything set up at the beginning was simple and hassle free.
Cons
Every now and then, my headset disconnects at random especially while I'm using Microsoft Teams.

“powerful call analytics”
Pros
Meeting recordings and related analytics have been really useful especially the sales methodology scoring, recap and next step summaries and the ability to search through transcripts.
Cons
In our organization, it doesn't fit into our workflows in the most user friendly way. That said, this may be more about how we currently have it configured and integrated than a limitation of the tool itself.
