Interviewing people with this is incredibly easy, whether it's for hiring, marketing conversations, product feedback or other similar needs.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about. It's been an excellent product overall.

Pros

This brings PBX and UC features together in one place which makes collaboration really convenient. It also connects well with external apps and that expands what the platform can do.

I use this platform every day and it's pretty rare for me to run into any problems when I rely on it.

Pros

Since Ribbon merged with ECI Telecom, the product lineup has become much broader especially when it comes to MUX and DeMux solutions. The MUX range feels more efficient than Ciena's and it also offers more options across 5G ranges.

Cons

There's nothing negative to point out here. The software and hardware have been very efficient and reliable and they seem more capable than Ciena and Huawei Mux/Demux devices.
