“great Zoho integration”

Pros

Having it connect directly with our CRM, Zoho, was a huge deal for us since very few platforms offered that. The voicemail drop feature has honestly been the standout part of the software and has been incredibly useful.

Cons

Every now and then, calls get routed to the wrong people or in the wrong sequence though it doesn't happen often.

“responsive support every time”

Pros

Whenever I reach out through customer service chat, the team is usually quick to respond and I'm not left waiting around. If the first person doesn't have the exact answer to my question someone who does usually follows up pretty quickly which gives me a lot of confidence in their support.

Cons

The plugin can be a little finicky at times. Every now and then, I run into odd issues like not having the option to end a call. Minor glitches like that do happen occasionally but they usually clear up on their own pretty fast.

“simple to use interface”

Pros

It routes calls through my cell phone and the interface on the computer is simple to use.

Cons

I'd just like the option to have more voicemail drops available.

“valuable CRM integration”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is that it integrates with pretty much any CRM platform which is really important for handling business communication across different countries.

Cons

At times the hang up function lags and instead of ending the call properly, it hangs up and then starts dialing again before I have a chance to wrap up or log the call.

“helpful admin tools”

Pros

When its working properly navigating the administrative features is pretty easy which makes day to day management a lot simpler. The option to review each user's recordings is especially useful when I need to investigate tickets and figure out what happened.

Cons

It's really frustrating when Ring.io suddenly goes down without any clear reason. On top of that the system seems to glitch constantly sometimes feeling like it happens every other day for no obvious cause.

“handy click to dial feature”

Pros

Using the web phone has been very easy. Being able to click a phone number and have it dial automatically saves time compared to entering each number manually. The call recording feature is also really useful when I need to look back at past conversations and transferring calls to coworkers is simple and convenient.

Cons

Every now and then I have to close the extension and open it again just to answer or end a call. It feels like the buttons occasionally stop responding while I'm on the line which can be pretty frustrating.

“amazing support”

Pros

Getting around the platform is easy and the customer support team has been really helpful. Call tracking is also essential for the metrics we monitor.

Cons

One issue is that the text box feels far too small. I need enough space to review messages and catch any edits without having to scroll so much. As it is, I worry about accidentally sending something before I've had a chance to proofread it properly.

“Useful coaching insights”

Pros

Honestly using local numbers for calls is a big plus. The talk time tracking is also really helpful for spotting which callers need more coaching on keeping people engaged longer. On top of that the platform is simple to navigate and pretty easy to train new people on.

Cons

Something that really needs work is texting. It should be possible to send texts from the same number used for calling because when a person gets a call from one number and then a text from a different one, they start questioning it. I also have one caller handling four phone numbers across four markets at the same time so being restricted to a single texting number that only matches one city creates problems. Because of that, I've been looking into texting providers that allow local number texting and multiple text numbers for one caller.

“call routing works well”

Pros

Being able to connect it with our CRM has been really helpful and transferring calls between people in our company works well too.

Cons

It felt like the platform was changing all the time. That can be a positive in some ways but once I get comfortable with how something works, it's tough to adjust and learn the updates.

“reliable power dialer”

Pros

Local presence has been a huge advantage for us. I also rely on the power dialer when I'm working through calling sessions with my team and the HubSpot integration is another feature that really matters.

Cons

Everything has been working exactly the way I want it to.

“convenient call forwarding”

Pros

A feature I really appreciate is that incoming calls get forwarded to my cellphone whenever I'm away from my desk. It's also really convenient being able to view past texts, emails and notes in candidate files from the small pop up extension window. On top of that I can send texts directly from that same box which makes everything much more convenient.

Cons

Only thing I'd really like to see improved is the alert system for text replies since it could do a better job of letting you know when someone has responded.

“helps me learn from recordings”

Pros

At the end of the day, I can clearly see how many people I actually reached compared with the total number of calls I placed. That gives me a good sense of how productive and effective the day really was. I also have recordings of the calls which is really useful because I can go back, replay them and learn from each conversation.

Cons

This could be better by making international calling simpler. It would be nice if that feature were just built in by default.

“Ring Local feature is really useful”

Pros

The Ring Local feature is really useful since it lets me show a local area code when making calls. Click to dial is another part I really enjoy and use a lot.

Cons

Calls do drop once in a while but it doesn't happen often and it's fairly expected.
