“awful customer service”

Pros

Honestly, there wasn't anything about this carrier that I really liked but there just aren't many choices when it comes to toll free business numbers.

Cons

They kept adding extra charges to my monthly bill for things I never requested or approved. On top of an already very expensive monthly fee, you also have to pay for minutes and even for your phone number even when you already own it. The customer service is awful and they really don't seem to care about your business at all.

“handy features”

Pros

This is a helpful tool that makes it convenient for people visiting your website to call you right away without leaving the page.

Cons

The dropped calls are pretty frustrating and the app could definitely be improved to feel more user friendly.

“Simple to use on desktop”

Pros

One of the best things about this tool is how simple it is to use on desktop. It feels like something that would really work well for team collaboration which is clearly what it was built for. Since I run things on my own, I can't say much about that side of it. Still, the web integration widget is a very useful feature because anyone can click it and call you and that call can be routed to whoever on the team is available. It's also very helpful for receiving voicemails with orders or other important details.

Cons

It's mobile app has never worked quite right for me. It constantly throws errors and keeps asking for microphone permission even when that permission is already enabled. I also can't remember the last time I saw any meaningful updates so development feels extremely slow. I've been using it for around two years and only recently they added text/SMS support which honestly seems like a very basic feature that should have been there much earlier. There are plenty of other options they could introduce to make the product much better, such as SMS autoresponders, automatic calls with prerecorded voice messages and more. The interface looks really nice and the platform has a lot of potential but they just don't seem to be building it out properly.
