“handy voicemail transcripts”
Pros
Using the app on my PC has been really reliable and it makes communicating with drivers by text very convenient. Another feature I appreciate is the voicemail transcription since I can quickly read the message and understand what it's about without having to play the audio.
Cons
One frustrating issue comes up with the mobile app when calls come in through RingCentral. Even after tapping the ignore button, the incoming call popup keeps staying on the screen and doesn't go away until the caller ends the call which is pretty inconvenient.

“High value tool”
Pros
Like other RingCentral products, this system is simple to work with, offers solid value for the money and comes with excellent phone and customer support.
Cons
The system could use a bit of a refresh especially when it comes to the colors and some features since they feel a little outdated.

“all in one communication hub”
Pros
Getting started was very easy and the whole system is simple to navigate. Importing contacts takes very little time and I'm able to attach important details for each patient in a way that stays organized and easy to pull up later. Having voicemails, emails and texts all together in one place has been especially convenient.
Cons
Only problem I've run into is with voicemail at times. Every now and then, a voicemail has an error and I'm unable to listen to it. I've also noticed that the voicemail transcriptions can be very inaccurate and end up saying completely wrong things.

“reliable web based calling”
Pros
I like that it's web based while still being compatible with desk phones. That setup lets my employees stay connected with clients easily.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about it. It supports our organization around the clock when it comes to handling calls and staying connected with clients.

“helpful call screening features”
Pros
Using this has been really convenient and features like auto voicemail and call screening make a big difference. They let me focus only on live, answered calls instead of sitting through the system dialing every lead.
Cons
It is dependable and works well almost all the time but every now and then it runs into glitches that trigger transfers that weren't intended or stop me from dialing a lead.

“Useful features”
Pros
Receiving calls in real time without any lag in the alerts has been really solid. Sending and receiving faxes is also a big plus and that feature has been especially useful.
Cons
Nothing major to complain about since the phone software does what it's supposed to do. If anything, I'd just like to see a bit more flexibility when it comes to customizing the UI.

“glitches too much”
Pros
After setting this up for one of my nonprofit clients I really appreciated the flexibility of having physical desk phones while also using the app just like an office phone. It was also a big plus that each employee could have their own greeting, along with a general greeting for incoming calls to the main number.
Cons
That said the app had a lot of glitches, the cost of our lines kept increasing and customer service was underwhelming. Because it's a VoIP subscription, we also had to get phone line cabling installed and the Michigan company they referred us to for that work was horrible.

“convenient AI call summaries”
Pros
Something I really appreciate is the AI summary it creates once a call ends. With so much happening around the office, having that quick recap to look back on is really helpful when I need a fast reminder.
Cons
Sometimes, the call quality gets a little choppy although that may just come down to the bandwidth in our office. Every now and then a call will also drop but that could be caused by a separate issue altogether.

“good fit for contact centers”
Pros
It really stood out to me for its flexibility and broad set of features, both of which made a noticeable difference in improving our contact center operations.
Cons
The part I appreciated least was the learning curve at the beginning, along with the fact that setting everything up could occasionally feel a bit complex.

“AI summaries saves time”
Pros
One feature I've really appreciated is the AI that creates post call summaries and automatic notes which saves time and cuts down on manual follow up. It's also very convenient to send texts from either the computer or the app while using my office number so I don't have to give out my personal cell number.
Cons
Voice recognition still isn't completely accurate which seems to be the case with most software. I also really wish the customer service were better.

“easy to use across multiple devices”
Pros
Being able to place calls from our business number no matter where I am has been a huge plus. I use the app on both my laptop and my phone and it's been really dependable. Whenever our main office phones run into problems, the app still keeps working which means we don't end up missing important calls.
Cons
One thing I'd really want added is an option to automatically record every call that comes into the office.

“quick onboarding experience”
Pros
Getting started is easy and putting it in place doesn't take much effort. People on the team can learn it quickly, no matter their level of experience which makes onboarding and day to day use much easier.
Cons
It's pricing is acceptable overall but it does feel like it could be a bit more competitive.
