Its got everything we need for calling

Pros

Some one advised us to use Ringostat because of the high-quality connection, and we were convinced that this was true. Several times, the platform performed urgent work, but we didn't even notice it. Everything continued to work as usual.

Cons

The one thing that annoyed me that we are periodically offered additional solutions, even though we've mentioned that we don't need them yet.

Excellent telephony solution for support and sales teams

Pros

It has a wide range of options for different needs. It's easy to control the sales and support departments and connect them into a single telephone network.

Cons

Top quality and exceptional service

Pros

The telephony, integration with CRM, AI call analytics and call quality of this tool are all exceptional. I think its the best on the market.

A great option for CRM integration with telephony

Pros

Broad opportunities, high-quality communication and good partnership conditions. We like Ringostat both as telephony for our company and as a good service for our customers.

Reliable telephony for delivering quality customer service

Pros

What we like most about Ringostat is that we are always confident the telephony won't let us down. We can always hear our customers clearly, and they can hear us just as well. There are also many useful features, like the ability to listen to audio recordings of conversations to recall the nuances of communication with specific clients.

Cons

Everything suits us, but people from other time zones may find it inconvenient to communicate with tech support.

The ideal tool for international calls

Pros

It's quick and easy to connect. Just tell the tech support which country you need to call, and they'll handle everything for you. We also like the quality of communication and the fact that all calls are recorded, which helps us assess how the sales reps perform. It's also useful for managers who can replay conversations to remember the details of deals.

Cons

It took some time to figure it all out because there's a lot in the service.

Essential for anyone who communicates with customers by phone

Pros

It is a really nice extension for receiving and making calls through the Chrome browser. It's also cool that before answering the call, it already shows valuable insights about the client, including name, location, and where the person came from, etc.

Cons

So far, neither I nor our team has noticed any issues.

Fantastic analytics tool for PPC specialists

Pros

I have been working with Ringostat as a PPC specialist for four years now. I started when I was still employed at an agency, and now I use it for freelance projects. I always recommend Ringostat to clients because it's easy to use, and their technical support is always available.

Cons

Previously I didn't quite like the report visualizations because they were hard to understand. But recently, the interface was updated and now the reports look much better. The filters are much easier to use now and I haven't noticed any other issues.

Analyzing only online requests without Ringostat data is like being half-blind :)

Pros

We were really waiting for Ringostat's integration with Facebook Pixel, and we've started testing this conversion in our ads. This allows us to optimize ads not only based on request data but also on calls. It's great that Ringostat offers two free trial weeks, which allow us to confirm whether call tracking is needed for a particular project.

Cons

I haven't noticed any special disadvantages in the 6.5 years of cooperation.

The perfect solution for call analytics

Pros

Our two main business goals are: 1. Analyzing all calls from the website, especially from the targeting we launch, and 2. Analyzing calls from the Facebook group. Ringostat helped us achieve both. We implemented call tracking to evaluate whether our targeting brought a relevant audience. We used Ringostat's reports both default and custom ones, which can include over 30 parameters. We also used call tracking for analyzing calls from our Facebook page. The end-to-end analytics shows the ROI for each advertising channel.

Cons

We didn't have any difficulties with usage. Our experience of communication with the company has been great. We easily figured out how to use Ringostat to double our revenue, so our feedback is positive, with nothing to complain about.

Good platform for optimizing advertising campaigns

Pros

Our company was searching for a tool to optimize ad campaigns. After comparing different tools, we decided to choose Ringostat. The company offers unique opportunities and their tech support has been responsive and helpful. For campaign optimization, we tried call tracking (since over 20% of our requests come by phone) and end-to-end analytics. Call tracking helped us identify sources of calls and keywords. We found some campaigns were bringing in junk leads, and after listening to call recordings, we realized the ads weren't targeting the right audience. End-to-end analytics also helped us evaluate the cost recovery of our ad investments. Additionally we used Ringostat's callback feature to increase conversions, which fully covered our needs.

Cons

There's really nothing we can complain about. The interface may not be the best, but tech support and the knowledge base cover these issues so we never felt confused or lost in the Ringostat account.

best for call tracking

Pros

We receive many calls each day, so processing and identifying junk calls is crucial. We also need to monitor sales reps and track missed calls. Our main goal was to track the sources of calls to optimize advertising budgets. Ringostat's call tracking and cloud PBX fully met our needs. We used the PBX to listen to conversation recordings. Short calls were deemed junk, and upon reviewing them, we discovered users were confused by the wording in one of our ads. This helped us reduce inappropriate requests. We also used Ringostat's default reports to analyze the effectiveness of our advertising.

Cons

We were new to call tracking and cloud PBX so it was hard for us to immediately grasp all the opportunities these features offer. There are a lot of options from Ringostat, so we were initially confused.

Use a new extension for better call management

Pros

Ringostat Smart Phone has helped our sales managers a lot. They work in one browser and never miss a call. Ringostat integrates with our CRM, and we could customize the integration to suit our business. Tasks are created automatically when customers call, and if a customer calls again, they'll be connected to the same manager. If a call is missed, a task to follow up with the customer is created. Ringostat also provides complete statistics on calls, offering reports with over 30 parameters. This helps us analyze the effectiveness of calls and the performance of our managers.

Cons

Pros

Custom call forwarding to our numbers is an extra guarantee that clients will connect with our company. Ringostat adjusts forwarding through different communication operators depending on the region. If there are no calls to our substitute number, support automatically checks the phone number.

Cons

I would like to customize the callback widget for off hours. For example, if a client calls at night or on weekends, the widget could suggest they write the working time and day when a manager can call them back.

huge time-saver

Pros

Our goal was to automate the process of obtaining data on calls, so we set up IVR for managers. This solution worked perfectly. After each call, the manager enters the calling code based on the type of call, so we know if it was a target call. We receive accurate statistics on calls with just one click from our managers. Additionally, Ringostat provides data on 10 types of calls automatically.

Cons

We needed help from support to set up the IVR, but they answered all our questions quickly, and we were able to customize the IVR settings correctly.
