“Outstanding support”
Pros
Right from the start, it has been a dependable platform for our team. The customer support team has been exceptional as they're always quick to respond, well informed and ready to solve any issue that comes up. The system is very user friendly so our team was able to learn it quickly and navigate it without trouble. Overall, it has boosted our efficiency and delivered a reliable experience from day one.
Cons
There are a few smaller features that can take a little time to fully understand but the support team is always there to help when needed. It would also be nice to see more customization options to better match specific business needs. Even with those minor limitations, the overall experience has still been very positive.

“powerful admissions lead tracking”
Pros
This has been a reliable and efficient CRM for handling admissions and keeping prospective students engaged. One of its biggest strengths is how well it supports speed to lead efforts, allowing advisors to reach students quickly through calls, texts, emails and automated workflows. It offers clear visibility into lead activity, communication records and follow up steps which makes it much easier for teams to stay organized and accountable. The platform is also very user friendly so admissions staff can move through daily responsibilities without unnecessary friction. A feature I especially value is the color coded status system since it makes lead stages instantly recognizable and helps teams prioritize follow ups and workflow tasks faster. I also appreciate the platform's flexibility, its lead prioritization tools, the inbound and outbound communication options and the ability to customize workflows around operational needs. It works especially well in high volume lead management settings and helps teams stay connected with prospects throughout the full enrollment lifecycle.
Cons
So far, I do not have any major concerns about the platform. It has consistently supported our operational needs well and has been a dependable tool for both admissions and lead management. Like any system, there is always room for ongoing improvements and added features over time but overall my experience with it has been very positive.

“a real game changer for sales”
Pros
It has been a real game changer for the way I handle sales. It keeps my leads organized, simplifies my workflow and makes it much simple to stay on top of everything. After using it for the past few months, it has genuinely made my day to day work easier. On top of that their customer service has been very helpful anytime I've had a question or needed support. I'd absolutely recommend this software to anyone who wants dependable and efficient lead management software.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't come across any drawbacks.

“excellent lead management tools”
Pros
Plenty of the features are genuinely useful especially when it comes to lead management. The interface is clean, satisfying to use and very user friendly. On top of that the customer service team is very accommodating.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with the software since I started using it. If anything ever goes wrong, I'd be more likely to blame my computer than the platform itself.

“Clean design”
Pros
Everything in this is well organized and once you get used to how it works and use it the right way, I'm pretty sure you'll start to notice real improvements in your work.
Cons
Compared with what I was using before, this has been a big step up so I really don't have much to complain about. The setup process was a little challenging at first but that may just come down to me.

“amazing support around the clock”
Pros
Whenever I need help, support is available 24/7 and they respond very quickly. The team is consistently friendly, helpful and ready to assist at any time.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints about it. Anytime something comes up, they're always there to help, just like I mentioned before.

“getting started is easy”
Pros
Getting started doesn't take much effort at all. Even people who have never worked with a CRM before were able to pick it up quickly. The interface is clean and not overloaded with unnecessary clutter. One of the best parts is the support team behind the product. They respond fast whenever we send in a question and usually provide a fix or answer in a very timely way.
Cons
A handful of features still need involvement from the SalesExec team and I'd rather see more of those options available for end users to customize on their own.

“lead focused CRM that works well”
Pros
The layout is organized in a way that makes sense for our business and the layout is very easy to follow. The design keeps lead management moving with just a click which makes daily work much more efficient. When it comes to handling leads effectively, this CRM has been the best option I've used.
Cons
Something I'd really like added is a history view even if it only showed the last 10 items you worked on. In Push Distribution, not being able to see Lead Source fields is also frustrating and that feels like something administrators should be able to control as an option. It would also be much more convenient if calls could be placed from any screen.

“dependable tool”
Pros
It simply works the way it should. We've had no downtime, no bugs and no pointless features getting in the way. On the few occasions I reached out to customer service, they were fantastic. The software has been rock solid and the company behind it has been just as reliable. Choosing it was definitely one of the better decisions I've made for my business.
Cons
I can't point to any least favorite part of the software or the company. It delivers exactly what they say it will.

“simple to use”
Pros
Running leads through this system is incredibly efficient especially when you want everyone following a very specific process for managing them. It's simple to use, quick to learn and the clear screen approach makes it simple to explain to new hires. It also helps a lot when checking team performance at a glance.
Cons
User reporting could be better and stronger integrations with other systems would make it much easier to view and work with data.

“my SalesExec reivew”

Getting around the system isnt difficult and the platform brings together a very complete set of tools. It also feels innovative, with new features and offerings being added regularly.
Cons
The setup does require a fair amount of development effort from both teams.

“powerful customizations”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how flexible and customizable it is. Our company had very specific lead management and workflow needs and before moving to SalesExec, everything was being handled completely manually. Their team, along with our account rep, worked closely with our management team and essentially turned that entire manual process into an automated one inside the platform.
Cons
I'd still like to see them add more integrations with other software and SaaS tools over time.

“Great features”
Pros
Setting this platform up didn't take much effort and it saves us a huge amount of time. It comes with a lot of great features so we don't have to keep second guessing the best time to call or how frequently to follow up. Once the parameters are set, the system keeps feeding us leads automatically.
Cons
Reporting is where it falls short. The support team has been very responsive and has genuinely tried to help us get what we need but the limited reporting functionality is still holding us back a bit.
