“parallel dialing boosts outreach”

Pros

The parallel dialer saves me a huge amount of time and helps me connect with far more people in a much shorter window.

Cons

I'd still like to see better control over lists and follow up management, along with clearer follow up visibility and a more customizable dashboard.

“Great AI insights”

Pros

Being able to call several numbers for the same prospect at once or even reach multiple prospects at the same time, has been a huge advantage. The smart enrichment is also really valuable since it fills in missing phone numbers for some contacts and the AI is good at filtering out invalid or non working numbers so I'm not wasting time on dead lines. It saves a lot of admin work and the analytics, transcripts and call recordings add even more value. Another standout is the AI coaching built from recordings of my own conversations which I can reuse with new team members so they can practice their pitch by maattlaadding directly with the AI. The Spotify style feature, scoring system and deep analysis are all genuinely useful. I also get a lot from the AI nurture feature which flags prospects that should be re engaged based on transcript data. And the biggest plus of all for me is the MCP connectors.

Cons

This software is great and saves me so much time, I have absolutely no complaints.

“smart call coaching tools”

Pros

One thing that really comes through is the team behind the product. They clearly understand sales and what strong performance should look like. The auto listen feature has been especially valuable. It lets me stay on top of the whole team without missing those moments when they actually connect and paired with the dialer and call review tools, it gives me a practical way to coach and improve performance. It's useful and genuinely helps the team get better.

Cons

There are occasional glitches with the platform. At times, when I'm listening in on a call and leave, I can't always get back in right away and every now and then we get booted out of the listening rooms.

“helpful onboarding team”

Pros

After each call, the AI puts together the summary for me and even adds follow up tasks which saves me a lot of time. The support and onboarding from Aish have also been really helpful and she's always available whenever I have questions.

Cons

Something that could be better is the task reminders. They only appear once when I log into the app that day and it would be much more useful to have a dedicated tab or section where I could find them again. If I close the reminder at login, it's almost impossible to know where to go back and check it.

“UI is clean”

Pros

Right away, the platform feels simple to navigate and the UI is clean and logical. Its spam monitoring protection is outstanding and it does an excellent job of improving connect rates and helping drive more conversations. I also really appreciate the strong focus on training, along with the steady rollout of new AI features that keep adding value.

Cons

The only real limitation is that the platform still doesn't support sending text messages.

“higher pickup rates”

Pros

Using multiple dialing along with support for several numbers has definitely helped boost my pick up rates.

Cons

Honestly, there's not much to complain about. The only minor inconvenience was having to wait for the current batch of calls to finish ringing before I could start dialing a new set.

“amazing team behind the tool”

Pros

Having a strong team behind the software makes a big difference and that's definitely the case here. The product has been continuously improving which I really appreciate so having both an awesome team and a tool that keeps getting better is a fantastic combination.

Cons

There were one or two times when I lost connection during a cold call although it may have been on my end too. Once I reported it, it didn't happen again so credit to the customer support team for paying attention and taking the issue seriously.

“strong connect rates”

Pros

From the start, the connection quality stood out which is huge for a dialing platform. It's not just about blasting through numbers. The tech actually helps us reach decision makers and have worthwhile conversations. The AI features especially transcriptions and call summaries, are also a big plus because they save me and my team a lot of time by cutting out manual note taking and CRM updates so we can spend more time selling. On top of that onboarding is really quick and easy. The interface feels user friendly so new reps can get up and running on the phones fast. Setting things up is about as simple as any tool I've used as all you need to do is upload lists and adjust the settings.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is the ability to remove a contact from a list in real time. We occasionally have mistakes in the lists we build so being able to take a target out during an active dialing session would be really helpful.

“easy to get started with”

Pros

Getting started with it feels very simple especially when we can add context to our sequences, push everything into the dialer and begin calling right away. It helps us connect with more of our target personas and scale up the number of calls we're making which has been a big win. Another thing I really value is having all the notes and background details ready during live conversations with prospects which makes it much easier to move them toward a meeting and that initial discovery call. This has made a real difference in pipeline generation too, helping us create opportunities and bring in deals we likely wouldn't have captured otherwise, while also letting us book more meetings each week.

Cons

The biggest issue at the moment is the HubSpot integration, mainly when it comes to making sure we can actually call every contact from our CRM. At times, there are problems reaching everyone we need to and there can be some delays as well. Overall, the CRM integration still feels a bit inconsistent now and then.
