“organized case management tool”
Pros
Having everything in one centralized place was the biggest advantage for me. It made customer requests, cases and interactions much easier to manage, kept information well organized, helped with issue tracking and made the overall workflow more efficient.
Cons
A drawback with is that it can feel pretty complex at first especially for new users. Some of the features take training to use properly and moving through all the available options can sometimes take more time than expected.

“strong scalability”
Pros
One of the best things about this tool is how flexible it is and how well it adapts to different operational needs. It's not a one size fits all product at all and instead, it offers a broad set of capabilities that can be configured around the way a team actually works. Whether you're dealing with case management, automation, self service portals or integrations with other systems, the platform can be customized to fit specific workflows rather than forcing your team to adjust its processes. Another big advantage is scalability. As operations grow or change, the platform can grow along with them by adding new features, automations or service channels without needing a full rebuild. That makes it especially useful for organizations expecting change or supporting different customer types and service models. I also really value the centralized approach. Keeping customer interactions, data and service processes all in one system improves visibility and collaboration across teams which helps drive faster resolutions and a better customer experience overall. Its biggest strength is that it gives organizations multiple ways to solve problems so they can choose the approach that fits them best instead of being stuck with a rigid setup.
Cons
One part I liked least was how complex it can be to set up and get running effectively. There are many conditional configurations, dependencies and moving pieces that have to line up before you can really take full advantage of the platform. Because of that, the initial implementation and even ongoing updates can be time consuming and at times overwhelming. The flexibility is definitely a benefit but it also means that even small changes often involve navigating several layers of logic, workflows or permissions. That can slow development down and make it more difficult for teams to adapt quickly or troubleshoot problems unless they have deep platform knowledge. In the end, the heavy dependence on complex conditional setup creates a steep learning curve and can require a significant amount of effort before the system delivers its full value.

“clear interface for ticketing”
Pros
Something I appreciate most about it is how user friendly the interface is. Once you're familiar with the system it's easy to move around in and raising tickets doesn't take much effort. The platform also uses clear, plain English which makes everything easier to follow.
Cons
Some features can be a bit overwhelming for beginners. I've also noticed that it can occasionally be slow or unresponsive.

“great for ticket tracking”
Pros
Working as an Operations Lead, I use this platform every day and it plays an important role in managing my team's work. It helps me review shift schedules so I can assign tasks properly. I also use it to check the current status of service tickets, like where a call is still pending which makes it easier to follow up with the concerned team. On top of that it is helpful for raising incidents or reporting issues in the production application environment to the centralized senior management team so everything stays properly tracked.
Cons
One limitation is that the platform has two different dashboard views. The basic view is mainly used for raising tickets, while the agent view provides more in depth ticket details along with dashboard customization options. It would be better if these were offered through separate links so users could directly access the version they need. That way, the system could also be provided based on the user's designation and specific requirements.

“Offers smart suggestions”
Pros
Handling tickets from creation to resolution works really well. The system automatically suggests knowledge base articles based on keywords and the issue it identifies which is genuinely helpful. Its integration with Nexthink is also smooth.
Cons
It's dashboard can be a bit glitchy at times and still has room for improvement.

“knowledge integration is excellent”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how well it connects with the knowledge base making it simple to look up similar past cases and relevant knowledge articles when needed.
Cons
Since it's a SaaS platform, it tends to slow down pretty often which can be frustrating at times.

“powerful people management tool”
Pros
Customer, consumer and contact management are handled really well in this platform. The people management capabilities are especially valuable because they help us deliver services in a more targeted and appropriate way. Integration also works well and the available APIs make connecting with other systems much simpler.
Cons
One area that could be better is the portal setup since the out of the box experience includes separate portals for customers and consumers which creates confusion at the gateway. The agent workspace is also on the slower side and the UI could use some improvement.

“badly designed interface”
Pros
To be fair, it does move requests through without much delay.
Cons
ServiceNow's Interface is badly designed. It shows very little consideration for human factors and doesn't feel aligned with modern technology at all. One of the most frustrating parts is how little attention the designers seem to give to the actual concern being reported. By the time you reach the "problem description" section, it's hidden away on the second page in a tiny box that takes up maybe 6% of the screen. On top of that you can't even paste screenshots into it. When a problem needs clear explanation and proper follow up analysis, avoiding this tool is often the better option. Microsoft Word and Outlook do a much better job of letting someone explain their issue. It feels like dealing with a CSR who keeps asking irritating, irrelevant questions while showing no real interest in the concern itself.

“great ticket handling”
Pros
Using this tool we've been able to create, view and update tickets or incidents. That has been going really wel which has made it much easier to find solutions for our users.
Cons
It's a fairly extensive platform so it can take a few days to get used to how everything works. Once you're familiar with it though, you can get a lot of value out of the program.
