Pros

Working with this tool has been a really positive experience. The AI receptionist is incredibly helpful and the automations plus the integration with our agency's Zoom setup are outstanding. They help us make sure every single call gets resolved by a team member while the caller is still on the line or at the very least is followed up on right away.

Cons

At this point, I really don't have any complaints. Their team is responsive and fully capable of building custom AI receptionists to fit the needs of any agency.

Pros

Right from the start, the system felt very user friendly and has been effective and efficient at routing calls to the right place. That has freed up our team to spend more time on higher value work instead of handling tasks the platform can manage. Another big plus is the support team which has been very helpful in continually refining our Agent so it works in a customized way that matches our agency's specific needs.

Cons

Every now and then, the AI Agent does drift off script and doesn't always stick to the use cases we originally set up.

Pros

This has kept us from needing to hire a full time person just to answer calls which let us redirect that payroll cost into a licensed role instead.

Cons

The initial setup was a bit challenging at first but the team stepped in, helped us through it and made everything much simpler.
