Reliable telephony with great features and customer support.

Pros

It's a fantastic multi-channel contact center solution. We primarily use it for manual, blended, and automated outbound dialing. In terms of stability, it performs very well and is feature-rich. Additionally, it provides great customer support, with account managers and relationship managers who are always helpful.

Cons

Customizing reports through the user interface isn't available, and improvements are needed in the agent, campaign, and other management interfaces.
