Pros
Getting started is simple and it gives people the chance to work from home as telecallers. There's also room to grow in the future based on performance. Training sessions are provided on time and the team is collaborative and supportive throughout.
Cons
At times, the system marks calls as spam without a valid reason and that ends up affecting overall compliance and quality scores.
