Pros

Right out of the gate, the automation sequences were a huge win for us. Our first rollout performed even better than we expected. When we launched it to customers for the first time, 34 of them, to be exact, we ended up with a 97% completion rate. The owner has already built and exited successful SaaS products and that really shows in how well they understand what users actually need. We started with the templates, took them apart a bit to see how they worked and then tailored them to fit our exact use case. That part was fantastic. On top of that, setting up new numbers and inboxes couldn't be more simple.

Cons

The only thing I'd want improved is campaign duplication, it should be simpler. That said, it sounds like an update for that is already on the way in the next release.
