My drivers can easily use the platform on their mobiles (both Android and iOS), with clear and reliable call quality. I can monitor each driver's calls, both incoming and outgoing, and keep control over costs, which has been incredibly useful.

It would be nice to be able to create custom reports but their support team was proactive and offered to build a tailored report for me at no extra cost. I'm looking forward to the upcoming custom report feature planned for next quarter!
