Pros

Working with this tool has been a positive experience. Their team delivers excellent customer service, stays responsive to what we need and is quick to accommodate requests when they come up. The SIP services we use have been extremely reliable over the years, with consistently strong uptime and very little outage time. Their track record for service stability and reliability has been excellent.

Cons

One area that could be better is the time some requests spend moving through their internal processes which can end up taking quite a while. It would be a welcome improvement if those processes could be completed more in line with the timelines originally quoted at the start of the request.

Its configuration options and integration capabilities have worked really well for us.

The dial pad integration could use some design improvements.
