Pros

With this software in place, our agents can avoid calling numbers that are on the DNC list. It saves us a lot of time and cuts down on unnecessary effort.

Cons

At this point, I haven't run into anything to dislike about it. For now, I really don't have any complaints.

Pros

Being able to build a large scrub list and keep track of who was getting callouts from the school has been really valuable for our organization. It cuts down on time and manual effort and it helps us stay very up to date.

Cons

The biggest downside is the cost of the service. It works very well but it can be difficult for public organizations to afford. Having different pricing tiers would make it a lot more accessible.
