Pros

Managing business calls has become so much simpler with this. The app is very user friendly and getting everything set up was quick as well. One feature that's been especially useful is how fast we can update our availability and presence through the Manager dashboard.

Cons

Nothing negative comes to mind. The app has been excellent for us and after using it for a long time, there's really nothing we'd want to change.

Pros

The biggest advantage for us has been how flexible the system is. We regularly handle calls from mobile phones, laptops and physical handsets so being able to stay connected even when we're away from the office or our desks has been absolutely essential over the past year. We also use fairly powerful hunt group setups across different teams and that part has worked really well for us.

Cons

We haven't come across any notable drawbacks with it.

Pros

When the pandemic turned school communication into a real challenge, it ended up being an amazing solution. It has helped teachers working from home stay connected with staff on site and it has also made it much quicker and easier for parents and carers to get in touch with their child's class teacher whenever needed. The support from their team has been fantastic as well. They respond quickly to any issues and have been really helpful in explaining the best way to use the app. This feels like such an innovative application and I can see it being valuable in many different work environments. I'm sure we'll still be talking about it for years.

Cons

Honestly, all of our staff have been very happy with the application just as it is and none of us could really think of any cons to add here.
