With this, our 20 member sales team has improved productivity by nearly 3X. It lets us connect with a much larger pool of prospects in far less time and the sales sequences keep everything organized and structured. Because of that, we've also been able to book more meetings with prospects.

Cons

It delivers well on what it's built to do though I'd still love to see meeting recording and transcription added for video meetings on Google Meet and Zoom.

Setting up sequences and campaigns is pretty easy and the whole process is much simpler to carry out.

The platform still feels like it's in its early stages so I'm hoping there are a lot more exciting features and improvements still on the way.

Getting started was surprisingly simple especially considering how much it can do. Connecting phones, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, plus setting up sequences and tasks all felt fairly painless. Now that everything is running, task management is simple enough that the team actually keeps using it which says a lot.

Cons

There is not really anything major to complain about, just a couple of small wishes. I'd love to see the LinkedIn tool be a little more automated although I understand LinkedIn itself makes that difficult. A warmer would also be a nice addition but with Google becoming much more restrictive around that, I can see why it is not included.

The sequences and reporting features have been really efficient and this has been one of the more user friendly tools I've used. It already handles email marketing well and it feels like it's on track to become a complete one stop solution for it.

Cons

Upscale's filters and search bar still need some work. Exporting is also a challenge especially when trying to export all opened emails or prospects and the same issue comes up with click and view data.

One of my favorite parts of it is the LinkedIn extension and the other features like email and text automation are also really useful.

At the moment, I do not have any real complaints but adding a Make.com integration would make the automation even more powerful.

It feels very user friendly and is simple to navigate. You really don't have to be especially tech savvy to understand how it works. One of my favorite parts is the automation. It saves me a lot of time and effort by letting me automatically send follow up emails and reminders to prospects. The sequence reporting has also been very useful. It gives me a clear view of which campaigns are performing well and which ones are not so I can tweak my strategy in real time.

Cons

Although the automation is excellent, there are times when I wish the platform offered more template options. For instance, it would be helpful to have templates for cases where a prospect clicks but doesn't end up booking a meeting.

The support team has been outstanding. Even though this was a brand new tool for me and my team, it didn't take long at all to get a campaign up and running. Being able to set up multichannel campaigns is also really helpful.

This tool delivered exactly what it promised. The support team was excellent and getting everything set up took us under two hours especially since we already had some outreach experience. I'd absolutely recommend Upscale.

Honestly, I don't have any real complaints. A bit more LinkedIn automation something along the lines of Dripify, would make this tool even better and probably the best in the market.

Upscale has been a big help when it comes to automating our outreach and cutting down the time we used to spend on manual work. The automated email and text features keep our communication with prospects consistent and that has led to more positive replies and better engagement overall. Another huge plus is the 24/7 support. Whenever we need assistance or have questions, their team is available and ready to help which makes them feel like a dependable partner we can count on.

One thing that has been a bit challenging is the limited number of templates. It would be even better if they added more scenarios especially to make the platform simpler for beginners to use.
