“accurate transcripts”
Pros
Working with this for daily journalism across multiple languages has been a really positive experience. The transcription is consistently very accurate, the written files are delivered quickly and the platform feels stable and reliable throughout. That combination of precision, speed and power has made a noticeable difference in how efficiently we perform our work.
Cons
At this stage, we haven't run into anything negative. Speed and accuracy are essential in our line of work and the tool has delivered well on both.

Pros
The biggest advantage for me is how accurate the transcriptions are. It's also very user friendly and it has helped me a lot throughout the transcription process.
