Pros

It's fairly easy to use and works well for tracking time, managing schedules and handling PTO.

Cons

My only real wish is that�it�included a mobile app.

Using this product has been very easy and it clearly shows employees their schedules without any confusion.

A few tasks still cannot be handled in�it, such as requesting PTO or swapping shifts, so we have to go into ADP for those instead.

One thing to watch out for is the time zone setting as it�automatically switches to the time zone of the person who created the record which can be confusing depending on where you are.

The company doesn't provide much useful learning material. To really understand it, you have to do a lot of research on your own.

This software is very user friendly and does exactly what I need it to do. It works really well and has been a dependable tool overall.

Honestly I cannot think of any drawbacks or issues off the top of my head.

At the same time,�it�comes with plenty of frustrations especially the steep learning curve for new users and a notification system that seems to have problems every day.

There really isn't anything positive I can say about this software.

Cons

This software is impossible to use. There are no clear instructions and nothing is easy to figure out on your own. Unless you have a lot of free time to look up everything online, it will only frustrate you. So if you have real work to do and cannot take a week just to learn how to use an app, it's better to avoid it.

Verint gives us plenty of options for handling agent scheduling and other workforce management tasks effectively. The platform is accessible and its overall layout is much easier to understand than many similar tools.

To really make full use of everything�it�can do, you have to put in a significant amount of time to learn all of its features.

Being able to enter my days off and instantly see whether they're approved based on my department's availability is very helpful.

What I like least is that some of the other features feel overly complicated to use.

We've been using Verint in our business for years to monitor employee hours, see when people are working and keep up with time away from the office. It's very simple to navigate and use. The graphs are really helpful because they make schedules clear at a glance and the scoreboards are a nice feature as well.

Personally I haven't run into any problems with using�it�or getting familiar with�it.

The interface keeps the color palette simple which makes it much easier to read especially for anyone who is color blind. Adjusting schedules is also very easy.

The desktop app runs very slowly and that makes real-time adherence monitoring pretty awful.

Using this tool feels pretty easy especially when it comes to the way its functions are laid out and used.

One downside is that�it's mostly web-based and�it�can be slow at times with noticeable delays.

Pros

There are many features I really enjoy using. The ribbons are especially helpful for picking up extra hours or dropping the ones I don't want. The scorecard is also useful because it lets me keep track of how I am performing. I am also a big fan of the swap board. Overall, the whole system is very simple to use.

Cons

The only problem I have run into is when I trade a shift or make some other schedule change,�it�won't let me add more hours after I have already given some away.�It�might not actually be�it�itself and could just be how our setup works, so I am not completely sure. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints.

Everything is brought together very well in this software. We use it in our workforce management department and the integration has saved us a lot of time at work.

Cons

One thing I really dislike is having to rely almost entirely on the mouse. Keyboard shortcuts are basically nonexistent, so working quickly is much harder than�it�should be.
