Using this product has been very easy and it clearly shows employees their schedules without any confusion.

Cons

A few tasks still cannot be handled in�it, such as requesting PTO or swapping shifts, so we have to go into ADP for those instead.

The platform is very easy to use, the interface feels user friendly and it comes with many helpful features along with noticeable improvements.

At the start,�it�felt a bit heavy when loading and there was some slight lag.

One thing to watch out for is the time zone setting as it�automatically switches to the time zone of the person who created the record which can be confusing depending on where you are.

The company doesn't provide much useful learning material. To really understand it, you have to do a lot of research on your own.

Verint handles employee scheduling very well and helps ensure every part of the company has the staffing coverage it needs.

At the same time,�it�comes with plenty of frustrations especially the steep learning curve for new users and a notification system that seems to have problems every day.

There really isn't anything positive I can say about this software.

This software is impossible to use. There are no clear instructions and nothing is easy to figure out on your own. Unless you have a lot of free time to look up everything online, it will only frustrate you. So if you have real work to do and cannot take a week just to learn how to use an app, it's better to avoid it.
