“powerful conferencing features”
Pros
This handles meetings with up to 500 participants which is a big advantage for larger conferences. The audio and video quality stay strong and the adaptive network optimization helps keep calls stable. It also comes with useful collaboration tools like screen sharing, a whiteboard, file sharing, polls and recording.
Cons
It's pricing is a bit higher than some competing platforms.

“clear video calls”
Pros
As a nonprofit, this has been a more affordable option for us than Zoom which I really appreciate. File sharing and screen sharing are simple to use, the image stays clear during calls and the initial setup was quick.
Cons
Occasionally the connection can drop and I do occasionally run into calls getting disconnected.

“user friendly platform”
Pros
Getting started was quick and hassle free which made the whole onboarding process really pleasant. The platform itself is simple to navigate and the editing features are enjoyable to use. As someone who isn't very tech savvy, I appreciate that the interface never feels confusing. I also like the research related functionality and the storage options available on this.
Cons
At times it does lag a little although that may just be due to my internet connection.

Law Practice, 51-100 employees
“Great choice for legal work”
Pros
Security and compliance are the biggest strengths of this tool which is exactly what we need in a professional setting like a law firm. Because it is deployed on premises, all client video meetings, case related discussions and shared documents stay completely under our control which fits well with German GDPR standards and legal confidentiality obligations. The end to end encryption and granular access permissions also give us real peace of mind when dealing with highly sensitive legal information. On top of that the video quality is stable and document sharing works reliably during client meetings and remote court sessions. It is clearly built for professional use, with dependable connectivity and no random disruptions. Overall, it provides a secure, reliable and compliant communication platform that genuinely suits the needs of legal practice.
Cons
That said, a few parts could be better adapted to the pace of a busy law firm. The interface feels a bit outdated and not as user friendly as newer collaboration platforms so our staff sometimes needs extra time to find settings or handle participant permissions. The mobile version could also use refinement since screen sharing and document browsing on tablets can be slow which becomes frustrating when checking case files away from the office. Integration with widely used legal practice software is another weak point, as we still have to move files manually instead of relying on direct synchronization.

“strong security measures”
Pros
Working in media and communications, one of the biggest advantages is its strong security and complete data control as a self hosted platform. That matters a lot for us because we regularly manage sensitive interviews, private press briefings and exclusive recorded content. Knowing that all of our conversations and media files remain under our own control gives us real peace of mind. On top of that the video quality is stable and consistently professional and the recording functionality has been very reliable. Even during long remote interviews or extended media events, the connection holds up well and the final output meets the standards we need for production. Having a platform that is secure, dependable and built for media related work has been a big benefit to our daily operations and helps us maintain the level of quality expected in this industry.
Cons
VideoMost Server handles our main media and communication tasks well but there are still a few areas where it could improve. The interface feels a bit outdated and is not as simple to use as many newer cloud based video platforms so new team members usually need some time to get comfortable with it. The built in tools for editing recorded interviews and other media content are also somewhat limited which means we often have to rely on separate software for post production work. On top of that it does not offer as many native integrations with common media production or content management systems so parts of our workflow end up requiring a few extra steps.

“reliable streaming performance”
Pros
We usually rely on this to attract attention on social media and our website. It delivers consistent playback, keeps buffering to a minimum and handles spikes in viewers without any glitches. Getting VideoMost up and running in the beginning was also very easy.
Cons
I'd really like to see better cost optimization along with more detailed and granular analytics.

“Solid data control”
Pros
Having 100% self hosted regional infrastructure with strict data sovereignty is something I really value in this tool. Since it runs only in our private regional data centers, there's no involvement from third party servers which guarantees regional data residency. That matters a lot to our team because it gives us complete end to end control over all meeting data without outside access or interference. We can manage the full data lifecycle ourselves, including custom retention policies, instant deletion and detailed access control for stored information. The fact that there's no data monetization or unexpected access adds another layer of confidence when it comes to protecting client confidentiality. On top of that the initial setup was simple and manageable so overall these features make it very valuable for our needs.
Cons
Breakout rooms are where things get a bit frustrating. Individual breakout rooms don't auto record so only the main call is captured and there's no way to sync breakout room whiteboards or chat back into the main meeting asset library. Managing breakout rooms for global calls also feels buggy and takes more time than it should especially when creating regional or project based rooms. A lot of it has to be done manually which cuts into meeting time and can leave team members confused about which room they're supposed to join.

“no need to worry about storage with this”
Pros
Right away, it stood out for its strong storage and video management features. It offers a large amount of storage space so handling all kinds of video file from high definition movies and training content to short form clips is not a problem at all. That fits very well with the increasing need for video data storage across different business use cases. Another big advantage is its smart classification and search functionality. It can automatically organize videos using multiple criteria like title, tags, shooting date and content type which makes locating specific files very convenient and helps improve overall work efficiency. The transcoding performance is also impressive, with fast video format conversion that helps ensure playback works properly across different platforms without compatibility issues. On top of that the initial setup process is really user friendly.
Cons
When it comes to pricing some users may feel it should be more affordable especially smaller companies or those working with tighter budgets. The higher cost can make adoption harder which may affect the product's overall value for money and limit its competitiveness in the market.
