“TCPA compliant platform”
Pros
TCPA compliance is a huge plus with it.
Cons
After we went live with this, it became clear that we had a major challenge to deal with. We didn't have enough agents or phone lines to keep up with the large volume of inbound calls coming in during DirectDrop campaigns. In collections, that's not the worst problem to have and this tool addressed it with their new pacing appliance.
